Meet the lead trainer
Stephen Mather is the program designer and lead tutor. With 20 years experience in developing leaders and managers in multiple sectors, a Bachelors in Psychology, a Masters in Organizational Psychology, PGCert in Coaching and Strategic Learning & Development plus qualifications in Lean and Six Sigma, Stephen has worked on development and change programs in industries such as food manufacturing, printing and packaging, local government, higher education, engineering and services.
Over twenty years Stephen has developed the ProPeC approach to organisational change, incorporating process optimisation, people skills development and culture change. The ‘Leading People & Change in an Era of Disruption’ program represents a bringing together of the best evidence-based leadership research and Stephen’s own experience living and thinking about leading change.
